PROMPT PILATES GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Giveaway Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all giveaways (“Giveaways”) hosted by Prompt Pilates, LLC (“Prompt Pilates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Prompt Pilates and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  • Void where prohibited.
     

2. Entry Period

  • Each Giveaway entry period is stated in the corresponding Instagram post or email promotion.

  • Entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the listed end date to be eligible.
     

3. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter as follows:

  • Follow @promptpilates on Instagram

  • Comment or Tag a friend in the comments as instructed in the post. Each comment or tagged friend = 1 entry, maximum 1 entry per person via social media per giveaway campaign

  • Bonus entry (1 per person across all giveaways): Join the waitlist at promptpilates.com (only counts once across the lifetime of giveaways, even if entered multiple months)​

  • Bonus entry (1 per person within each giveaways): Refer a friend who joints the the waitlist at promptpilates.com (only counts if the friend joins the wait list and confirms their subscription)​

  • Some giveaways will provide one or more additional entries to users already on the waitlist.  Applicability of these additional entries for waitlist members will be announced prior to the giveaway start.
     

4. Limitations

  • Maximum 4 entries total per person (1 via social media/waitlist new joiner, 2 via pre-giveaway waitlist member auto entry, 1 via pre-giveaway waitlist member referral) per giveaway.

  • Anyone who has won a mid-level prize (such as a product or gift card) in a previous giveaway is not eligible to win another prize of the same tier within a 12-month period.

  • Each participant may win the Free Pilates for a Year grand prize only once in their lifetime.
     

5. Prizes​

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Prompt Pilates reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

  • One (1) grand prize winner from all eligible entries submitted during a given calendar month will be selected to win Free Pilates for a Year (valued at $499) in months that this prize is offered.  This offer cannot be claimed until the app is officially launched.

  • Free digital downloads are available to all eligible entrants in each giveaway campaign when offered.
     

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and announced on Instagram Stories or via email.

  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.
     

7. Publicity Release

  • By entering, you grant Prompt Pilates the right to use your name, Instagram handle, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
     

8. General Conditions

  • Prompt Pilates reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any giveaway for any reason.

  • Entries that violate community guidelines, appear fraudulent, or violate these terms may be disqualified.
     

9. Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Unless otherwise stated, giveaway prizes are not affiliated with or provided by the brands featured. For all questions, please contact Prompt Pilates directly.
