  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Website purchases may use Prompt Pilates promo codes or other special offers at checkout.
     

Purchases made through the App Store

  • App Store transactions are processed by Apple Inc.

  • Refunds for these purchases must be requested through Apple’s Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com).

  • We cannot directly issue or expedite refunds for App Store purchases.

  • App Store promotions are limited to Apple Offer Codes.
