Protein Brownie Bites Recipe

Here's what you need to get started making these no-bake brownie bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup allulose (or sweetener of choice)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the almond butter, cocoa powder, protein powder together.

  2. Add maple syrup, allulose, vanilla extract and sea salt. Mix until everything is well combined.

  3. Roll the brownie mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Tips & Recommendations

  • Protein Power: These brownie bites have a full scoop of protein powder per bite, making them an ideal post-workout snack.

  • Nut-Free: Substitute sunflower seed butter or tahini for the almond butter if you have a tree nut allergy.

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days. You can also freeze them.

  • Add Texture: Fold in dark chocolate chips before rolling for extra decadence.

  • Customize: Try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or espresso powder for an extra flavor kick.

The Bottom Line

These Protein Brownie Bites prove that eating well doesn't have to mean giving up the foods you love. They're chocolatey, satisfying and packed with protein — all without turning on the oven. Make a batch on Sunday and you're set for the week.
